Larkin Motorsports Website Overhaul
A complete recreation of a website from scratch.
Task
Modernize and update the Larkin Motors website.
Objectives
Make the web presentation more modern, simplified and professional while maintaining the character of the shop and owners.
Results
A complete overhaul of the Larkin Motorsports website, retooling the logo, redesigning graphics, and creating the rest of the website from scratch. Added the 'BUILDS' page so prospective customers can see all cars previously worked on by the shop, and thereby what the shop is capable of. Shop owners enthusiastically loved the redesign, and web visits increased +25%, with audience growing weekly.
Larkin Motorsports Business Card Redesign
Hardcast was recently hired to do a business card redesign for Larkin Motorsports:
Task
Larkin motors wanted a less cluttered, cleaner designed business card on a horizontal design.
Objectives
Complete overhaul of the card. I removed the logos and made all text/symbols one color; the simpler, the better. The horizontal layout is also easier to read. I wanted to maintain the military theme of the business so I swapped camouflage patterns for one which would contrast better with the text.
Results
New design is much easier to decipher and the logo stands out more, letting anyone looking know who's card it is. Larkin Motors loved the result.
